What are Heffle up to in 2020?
Due to current Covid-19 guidelines the below meetings and events are subject to change.
SEPTEMBER 22nd: This meeting will be on zoom, please keep an eye out for an email from the committee with the meeting details in it, it will also be in Heffle Headlines. We will have a talk from a local charity who represent the hard of hearing, they will be talking about how we can make communication easier during these times where face masks are compulsory. We will also be learning some sign language. If you would like any help with how to attend a zoom meeting please email hefflewi@gmail.com and we will join you up with a 'zoom helper'
OCTOBER 27th: We're celebrating our 5th AGM, reviewing all that has happened in this very testing year. Once the formalities are completed, we will relax and enjoy a fish and chip supper.
NOVEMBER 24th: In preparation for Christmas we'll learn some easy ways of making beautiful and crafty decorations for our homes, with our traditional series of 'craft stations'. Come and have a go - and have a laugh.
DECEMBER 15th: Our annual knees up to celebrate the end of the year. This year we will be pleased to welcome......? Once again this will be a surprise; with a twist to amuse everyone. Wear your best party frocks and bring a small plate of nibbles to go with a glass or two of the sparkly stuff.
